We love travel photos here at the editorial office, and we can see that you do too. That's why we've made a big photo competition to find the best travel photos, and of course you can take part and win great prizes!

You could take part in the winter photo competition by:
• Follow us on Instagram and write #rejsrejsrejs on your selected travel photos

• By sharing your travel photos on our Facebook (follow this link), and likes ours Facebook page

This time we have some special themes that could help you find the best photos from the camera roll.
Here are the themes of the photo competition
There are 2 themes and they each run in a different period.
Theme 1: Heat! In October and November, the theme is sun, warmth and great shared experiences, so during that period you can share travel photos that fit that theme. It can also easily be pictures of animals and people, as long as it was taken somewhere warm or sunny, and big, shared experiences can be, for example, family trips or special places.
Theme 2: Cold! In December, the theme is winter travel and holidays, including of course Christmas and New Year, so during that period you can share travel photos that fit that theme. It can, for example, also be from winter festivals, ski trips or big city holidays at Christmas time.
The editors select a range of travel photos from Instagram and Facebook from both themes for voting - see how further down in this article.
You will be able to follow along the newsletter, as we continuously look at which images can do something special, and occasionally share them in the newsletter.
It is also via the newsletter that the final vote takes place, so sign up immediately if you haven't already.
The editors select images based on photo technical quality, originality and the ability to convey the joy of travel in an image.
This is how the competition works
October & November 2023: You can share pictures within theme 1: Heat until 29.11
December: The editors select 9 images from theme 1 for a semi-final, where in December you can vote on which 5 images will go on to the final.
December: You can share pictures within theme 2: Cold
January 2024: The editors select 9 images from theme 2 for a semi-final, where in January you can vote on which 4 images will go on to the final
February: Finals time! The 5 images with the most votes from theme 1, and the 4 images with the most votes from theme 2, go to a final, where you can vote for your favorite image via the newsletter. The photo with the most votes wins the final – and the prize!
Because there is of course a nice travel prize for the winner, actually our biggest travel prize ever, namely a trip for 2! You can see the prize here - look for "Winter photo competition" a little further down the page.
You can only participate with your own photos, and as always you retain all your rights to the photo. All we do is show it before, during and after the competition, and of course you have to be willing to do that. See more about rights here under "travel articles".
