There are many who try others accommodation types of when you are going to travel. As you know, one of the good options is to rent an apartment via Wimdu or AirBnB, and of course there are some house rules included so that everyone has a good experience.
The house rules below apply to a Wimdu apartment in New York, and here at the editorial team we are quite excited about the many possibilities that are opening up. Smoking is allowed, pets can be sold/traded (perhaps most relevant for stockbrokers!) and it sounds like the owners would like to come over if you entertain with karaoke or spontaneous belly dancing.
On the other hand, there is no, absolutely no, toddler break dancing before 7am, at which point you – obviously – have to go full throttle. So there are many opportunities for a unique travel experience!
Nice trip. And good luck.

PS: "Puksetrold" could well be an involuntary abbreviation of "Toddler", i.e. a small child.
Fortunately, very few three-year-olds can break dance, but we've heard of them trying. And it's fair enough that you don't want that kind of thing before 7 in the morning. We're pretty sure that the three-year-old will probably respect that too...
