Guide: What to do if you can not find the newsletter

Newsletter - travel

Guide: What to do if you can not find the newsletter is written by The editorial staff.

Are you subscribed to our travel newsletter but do not really think you can find it in your inbox? So take a look below. If you are not registered yet, you can see what you get here.

Newsletters often end up in a different inbox than the primary one, but luckily you can do something about that.

I have signed up for the newsletter with a Gmail address

Look under 'Promotions', which is just above the top email, and find the newsletter, where the sender is RejsRejsRejs. If you know that a newsletter was sent out on a certain date, you can probably find it by searching on the date.

Then tick the email and click on the 'Labels' symbol just belowr search field, uncheck 'Promotions' and press 'Apply' at the bottom.

If it is not in 'Promotions', it is probably in 'Spam', which is one of the folders on the left. Find the newsletter, where the sender is RejsRejsRejs, tick the email and press the 'Not Spam' button at the top.

I signed up with a Hotmail address or use Outlook

Check if there is an email from RejsRejsRejs in 'Junk mail' or 'Unsolicited mail'.

Mark it and press 'Not Spam' at the top, and the email will be moved to your inbox.

I still can not find the newsletter

If you still can not find the newsletter, something went wrong in the subscription, and then you can just register again here.

Otherwise write to redaktionen@rejsrejsrejs.dk.
