There is a focus on more than the sun coast! Here we turn our noses at the places and the food, so traveling in Spain can be a gastronomic experience of the greats. And even though we do not have a clear idea of what a rooster really is, any kind of properly made paella is a delight for the taste buds, so it is written on the list of recipes to try.
