Georgia: The Caucasus is beautiful in spring

Our third commandment is a completely different type of travel experience; namely the overlooked pearl called the Caucasus.

Georgia and the neighboring country Armenia is geographically screwed together in such a way that it is best to visit the scenic cultural lands before or after the summer, when it is too hot. This also applies to e.g. Kyrgyzstan og Uzbekistan.

Georgia and Armenia are the oldest Christian countries in the world and are dotted with beautiful cities, wild mountains and very hospitable people. There is also a fantastic food and wine tradition in the area, and that can make the journey more enjoyable.

If you're going all the way up into the mountains, it may still be a bit chilly at Easter, but with the same latitudes as Rome og Barcelona the budding spring is a good time to visit Georgia.

Malta: The island of culture with clear water

Malta is our fourth offer for a lovely Easter holiday.

The island just south of Sicily has a pleasant climate during the Easter holidays, and it is packed with experiences. If you're into culture, the crusader city of Valetta and the 6000-year-old city of Ħaġar Qim will certainly impress you. Rome is of course a city of culture with a capital K, and it can also do a lot of other things. Take, for example, a cooking course, a wine bar and explore the food markets on the edge of the city and experience the city as the Italians do.

Denmark, Montenegro, Egypt, Madeira and Cape Verde
