Michael Brønnum Thelle has traveled in 50 countries across most of the world and got a taste for traveling from an early age with camping with the family in all corners of Europe and overseas trips to Japan and the USA. Later adventures include diving in Greece; pyramid tour in Egypt; backpacking adventures in Australia, Fiji and New Zealand; study stays in Australia, where it also turned into an audience with the regent couple in the self-proclaimed state Principality of Hutt River and snorkeling with stingrays; as well as study stays in Canada, where the magnificent scenery was explored, and where ice hockey superstars were experienced up close in the NHL.
For a number of years, work and passion were combined through the employment at KILROY Travels, where weddings and christenings were celebrated on a cruise in the Caribbean with a wife and daughter of just 6 months, which helped to lower the average age significantly among the bank participants on the ship. The next big trip with children was a 3 week trip in a motorhome around New Zealand, where it both on land, at sea and from the air in a helicopter stood on experiences with fantastic wildlife and not least overwhelming kindness. With a group of 5 children, the journeys are currently put a bit on hold, but the desire to travel is alive and well!
